CITY HALL CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL JUNE 1

Due to the recent increase of confirmed COVID-19 cases in our community, the City of Palestine will be keeping our City offices and library closed to the public through June 1, 2020. We are trying to do our part to reduce the risk for spread to our essential workers.  City staff will still be available to provide assistance via e-mail or telephone.

INFORMATION FOR FOOD AND RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS

If you do not know the fire code maximum capacity for your retail or food establishment, or wish to have assistance in calculating the allowed capacity, please contact the Fire Marshal, Kelly Hughes, at 903-731-8464. Remember, the limit you may allow in your establishment is 25% of the fire code maximum capacity. Per Governor Abbot's Executive Office GA-21, "staff members are not included in determining operating levels."
